IMPRESSIVE WARRANTY BRINGS REASSURANCE & RELIEF DURING ECONOMIC UNCERTAINTY
Following a period of impressive growth through an uncertain climate, heating system and water treatment company ADEY Innovation Ltd have announced a new key development to help give reassurance to homeowners, installers, and merchants at a time of economic uncertainty.
ADEY have now committed to standardising the warranty of its residential filters* by extending it to 10 years from the point of registration after installation. This is a significant increase from just two years previously and demonstrates ADEY’s high and continued level of customer commitment.

Just like with the previous 2-year warranty, the new 10-year extended warranty covers residential filters, valves and internal parts.
This increase in the warranty period of ADEY products is welcomed at a time when many are concerned with the rapidly rising home and business costs and applies to all regions, with the exception of China.
Helen Isherwood continued “We hope that this extended warranty will reduce any concerns over heating system failure for homeowners and ensure that their systems are protected from the damaging effects of corrosion and magnetite build up for at least 10 years. This is the number one cause of boiler breakdowns in residential heating systems.
The benefits of the new extended 10-year warranty won’t just be felt by the homeowners. Installers and contractors will benefit from now being able to offer ongoing service plans to their customers with the knowledge that all parts under warranty will be covered and replaced free of charge.
